We are seeking an Interior Designer to lead high-profile projects across Dubai and the UAE, delivering innovative, sustainable, and BIM-integrated design solutions. The ideal candidate combines creative vision, technical excellence, and strong leadership to drive design quality and compliance with UAE’s 2025 regulations.
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop Revit-based 3D models and documentation compliant with ISO 19650.
- Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and fit-out teams via Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material selections aligned with Al Sa’fat Green Building System.
- Oversee site implementation, QA/QC, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees).
- Mentor junior designers and promote BIM and sustainability best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 10+ years of experience (5+ in UAE), strong Revit and visualization skills, and familiarity with 2025 UAE regulations. LEED/Al Sa’fat/BIM certifications preferred.
