We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team, specializing in site supervision for high-rise building projects.
- Lead mechanical site supervision activities for high-rise building projects, ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, codes, consultancy standards, and client requirements.
- Review, approve, and process all mechanical technical submittals, RFIs, change order proposals, and contractor claims with recommendations to RE/PM.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues, and manage the mechanical inspectors team.
- Utilize MS Office, Aconex, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools; strong knowledge of UAE mechanical codes and Emaar standards is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mechanical trades with at least 10 years in a consultancy background; Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in mechanical systems with proven site supervision experience, the ability to work independently across multiple projects, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project risks.
